YiPin Noodles is an idea of authentic Chinese noodles food truck that I created. What I try to do is to create a tiny spot with a Chinese atmosphere on campus, which will attract Chinese customers and the people who like Chinese culture and cuisine. The atmosphere of Chinese people speaking Chinese to each other all around and the aroma of Chinese ramen wafting from the food truck can give my first target customers a feeling of coming home and give people from other countries a different atmosphere in the US. This Chinese style atmosphere can also attract customers which from other counties or local.
